Amendment policy

• Once an order is confirmed, information (date, vessel schedule, personal details, etc.) cannot be changed. You can cancel the original order and place a new one to process changes.

Voucher type

• Mainland Chinese travelers must use a [Hong Kong and Macau Travel Permit] to place an order for smooth customs clearance.
• Passport holders must fill in the English name on the document on the payment page.
• All passengers need to go to the self-service ticket machine to use the voucher QR code to exchange for a paper boat ticket to board the ship.

Redemption information

• Present your mobile voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the Sheung Wan Port self-service ticket machine or manual counter

• Usage process: exchange for a paper ferry ticket; place your ticket purchase identification at the turnstile for entry; security check; wait for the boat; show your paper ferry ticket when boarding.

• Boarding for the route closes 10 minutes before departure. After the gate closes, boarding is not possible. Please allow ample time. Any losses incurred due to the inability to board for personal reasons will be borne by the passenger.

• Tickets are sold under a real-name system; all passengers must provide information consistent with their travel documents when placing an order.
• Mainland Chinese travelers must use a [Hong Kong and Macau Travel Permit] to place an order for smooth customs clearance.

• Please ensure that your ticket purchase document is consistent with and valid as your holding document, otherwise you will not be able to enter or exit the country; if you have re-applied for an entry/exit document, please update your document information in a timely manner, otherwise you will not be able to use the self-service inspection channel.
• According to the "Regulations on Domestic Waterway Transport Administration" (Decree No. 4 of the Ministry of Transport of 2020), items that can be checked or conditionally checked are prohibited from being carried as hand luggage in the "Catalog of Restricted Carry-on and Restricted Checked Items for Domestic Waterway Transport Passengers." Passengers may check them as luggage, dispose of them themselves, or temporarily store them if conditions permit. Those who violate relevant regulations by carrying or checking dangerous goods, prohibited items, or controlled items, constituting a violation of public security administration, will be transferred to the public security organs for lawful handling.
• Due to frequent changes in ferry ticket inventory, please refer to the final confirmation for your voyage; if the selected class is full, it is recommended to reschedule or cancel the booking.
• Due to ticketing system restrictions, voucher content will be displayed in Simplified Chinese.
