  • Warm-up (10 minutes): Includes stretching, joint mobilization, and articulation of various body parts.
  • Basic (35 minutes): Progressive, step-by-step instruction of fundamental movement breakdowns.
  • Practice (35 minutes): Correcting the standard of movements, ensuring they match the music, and improving the smoothness of movements.
  • Physical Conditioning (10 minutes): Push-ups, Plank, Horse Stance, Sit-ups
  • A group dance based on Jazz dance and choreographed with popular Korean MV styles. The movements are relatively simple, the overall transition of the sections is smooth, and the rhythm is strong, making it suitable for beginners.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be aged 4+ to participate in this activity
  • Children aged 4+ will be charged the same rate as adults
