Redemption information

• Present your mobile voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the Self-service ticket machine on the 2nd floor of Shekou Cruise Center

• Usage process: exchange for paper boarding pass → place the purchase certificate at the ticket gate to enter → security check → wait for the ship → present the paper boarding pass when boarding.

• Boarding closes 10 minutes before departure. You will not be able to board after the gate closes. Please allow sufficient time, as passengers are responsible for any losses caused by personal reasons for failing to board.

Precautions:

• Due to ticketing system limitations, the voucher content will be displayed in Simplified Chinese.
• Please ensure that the ticket purchase document is consistent with the valid document you hold, otherwise you will not be able to enter or leave the country. If you have renewed your entry and exit documents, please update your document information in a timely manner, otherwise you will not be able to use the self-service inspection channel.
• According to the requirements of the "Regulations on the Administration of Domestic Waterway Transportation" (Ministry of Transport Order No. 4, 2020), items that are prohibited from being carried on board but can be checked or conditionally checked in the "List of Items Restricted from Being Carried and Checked in Domestic Waterway Transportation of Passengers" can be checked as baggage or disposed of by the passengers themselves. If conditions permit, they can also be temporarily stored. Those who violate relevant regulations by carrying or checking dangerous goods, contraband, or controlled items, and whose actions constitute a violation of public security administration, will be handed over to the public security organs for handling in accordance with the law.
• Due to frequent changes in ferry ticket inventory, please consider the final confirmation as the definitive schedule. If the selected departure is fully booked, it is recommended to reschedule or cancel the booking.
