  • Hand over your luggage at the meeting point between 9 AM and 6 PM
  • Meeting point will be at the arrival hall. For detailed information, please get in touch with LuggAgent online customer service.
  • Free 30 minutes of waiting time included; if we are unable to contact the customer after 30 minutes, the order will be canceled with no refund. Late pick-up will be charged at USD 10 per 15 minutes after the free waiting period.
  • To Hotel: Luggage will be delivered to your hotel front desk before 9 PM.
  • To Airbnb: Luggage will be delivered to your room before 9 PM. Please provide the room code or check-in instructions to LuggAgent before 12 PM (local time).

  • From Hotel: Leave your luggage at the hotel front desk before 11 AM and send us a photo of the luggage and storage receipt. Our driver will pick it up according to the delivery schedule, and we will notify you once it is collected.
  • From Airbnb: Meet the LuggAgent driver outside your accommodation at the scheduled time to hand over your luggage.
  • Retrieve your luggage at the meeting point between 15:00 and 21:00.
  • Meeting point will be at the departure hall. For detailed information, please get in touch with LuggAgent online customer service.
  • Free 30 minutes of waiting time included; if we are unable to contact the customer after 30 minutes, the order will be canceled with no refund. Late pick-up will be charged at USD 10 per 15 minutes after the free waiting period.
