Departure: Meet the operator at . Enter your preferred location at checkout. The operator will make the final confirmation accordingly. Gather at the designated hotel in Taiyuan. Suggested arrival time: Arrive at Taiyuan Wusu Airport, Taiyuan South Station, or Taiyuan Station before 16:30. Special pick-up service will be arranged. Check in at the hotel upon arrival. Families arriving early can enjoy free time after checking in. (Taiyuan Airport/South Station/Train Station is approximately a 30-minute drive from the hotel)

Cancellation Policy

★ If it is 15 days or more before the group departure date (excluding the group departure date itself), the order placer can self-service apply for a refund from the order, with a loss of 0% of the order fee.
★ For orders placed 10 to 14 days before the tour date (excluding the tour date itself), the person who placed the order can self-apply for a cancellation through the order, with a loss of 30% of the order fee.
★ If the order is placed 5 to 9 days before the tour date (excluding the tour date itself), the person who placed the order can self-apply for a cancellation, and the loss will be 50% of the order fee.
★ If the entire tour is canceled on the day of departure, the person who placed the order can apply for a refund through the self-service order system, and the loss will be 100% of the order fee.
