Additional information

• In the event of peak season, hotel resource shortages, or special circumstances such as temporary government requisition, our agency reserves the right to adjust to hotels of the same standard. Hotel check-out time is 12:00 noon. Tourists with late-night return flights can leave their luggage at the hotel front desk for free activities or rent a room by the hour for rest. We arrange twin beds by default. Couples can request a king bed free of charge depending on room availability. This request needs to be confirmed at the time of registration and is not guaranteed. Furthermore, the hotel is subject to the actual check-in on the day and hotels cannot be specified in advance. The room rate included in the itinerary quotation is calculated based on a standard double room/2 people. If a triple room or extra bed is required, it will depend on the hotel room type and booking situation. Usually, the extra bed in a standard hotel room is a non-standard bed such as a folding bed or mattress.
• We promise not to reduce the meal standard. However, the food in the travel destination may be bland, the price level around the scenic area is relatively high, and the dishes in each group restaurant are relatively similar. The meals may not meet your requirements. It is recommended that you bring some pickles or chili sauce to eat with your meals. Do not eat raw food or raw seafood during the trip, do not patronize roadside stalls without licenses, avoid overeating, drink more boiled water, eat more vegetables and fruits, smoke less, and drink less alcohol. The travel agency is not responsible for economic compensation for gastrointestinal diseases caused by privately eating unclean food and seafood.
• On your first day, please avoid consuming excessive amounts of tropical fruits and seafood to prevent stomach upset and ensure a pleasant trip!
• Due to the unique nature of transportation in some scenic areas, there are specific age and physical condition requirements for tourists.
• Please cooperate with the tour guide to truthfully fill out the local "Tourist Feedback Form." Tourist complaints will be primarily based on the feedback form completed by the tourist at the travel destination. Complaints submitted after returning home will not be accepted if the form is not filled out or is filled out falsely. If you have any objections to the travel agency's service standards during the trip, please try to resolve them locally in Fujian. If the issue cannot be resolved locally during the trip, you can file a record locally. Reminder: The validity period for travel complaints is 30 days from the date of return to the place of departure.
• Travelers who cancel their contract within 24 hours before arriving in Chaoshan (e.g., due to flight delays or inability to arrive) will be required to pay approximately 500 RMB per person for the incurred tour vehicle costs and other fees stipulated in the contract.
• In the event of force majeure (such as typhoons, heavy rain, maintenance, etc.) or policy adjustments (during important conferences, nationwide entertainment shutdowns, etc.) that result in the inability to visit certain attractions and participate in certain activities, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace them with other attractions or activities of equivalent value. Fees for complimentary attractions and activities are non-refundable, and we also reserve the right to make corresponding adjustments to the order of attractions and accommodations. During the tour, any refunds will be based on the travel agency's discounted price for the refunded item, and will not be based on the listed price. Some scenic areas and hotels in Fujian/Chaoshan have their own shops and shopping venues for the convenience of tourists, which are not tourist shopping outlets arranged by our company. We cannot accept complaints of this nature, please understand.
• The climate at your destination is hot with intense ultraviolet radiation and abundant rainfall. Please bring essential sun protection products, sunglasses, a sun hat, and an umbrella. Wear sneakers or walking shoes and avoid leather shoes and high heels. To prevent acclimatization issues during the trip, we recommend that you bring some common medicines for heat relief and detoxification, or instant powder for emergency use. Do not take medicine provided by others. Fujian/Chaoshan is a famous coastal tourist destination. Please bring your own flip-flops, swimwear, etc. Pay attention to your personal safety and do not go into the sea without authorization.
• Please avoid any activities that separate you from the group. If necessary, please notify the tour guide in advance via text message or in writing, and return to the group on time as agreed. Please avoid going to areas with potential safety hazards or poor public security. During free time, please travel in groups and avoid going alone. Tourists are responsible for the risks of any tour activities that are not organized or arranged by the company. The tourist shall bear and resolve any losses and disputes arising therefrom, and the travel agency shall not be liable for any responsibility. It is advisable to travel with companions during the evening or during free activities and inform the tour guide. Keep the tour guide's mobile phone number for backup, and pay attention to personal and property safety. Valuables can be deposited in the hotel's front desk safe. Remember the name and location of the hotel you are staying at. Do not easily trust strangers, especially tricycle motorcycles and street advertisements. There is no such thing as a free lunch.
• Practice responsible tourism and travel. Please protect the scenic area's plants, trees, cultural relics, and historic sites. Refrain from graffitiing or littering in scenic areas and historic sites, and respect local ethnic customs. Many scenic spots and hotels have vendors nearby. If you do not intend to buy anything, please do not bargain with them, as disagreements can easily arise if you refuse to purchase after agreeing on a price. Please maintain a calm and reasonable attitude while traveling. Avoid impatience, and show consideration and offer assistance to others.
• This product quote is a comprehensive discounted price. Military ID, tour guide ID, journalist ID, teacher ID, and other forms of identification will not grant ticket fee exemptions.
• The times indicated in the itinerary may vary due to traffic congestion, queuing, and other factors. Some scenic area group tours may involve waiting in lines, which may delay or reduce the tour duration. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The travel agency cannot accept complaints arising from queuing.
• Airport Transfer Reminder: The greeter usually arrives at the airport early to wait for guests. Please be sure to turn on your phone and keep it on after you get off the plane. Airport pick-up is a continuous service, and passengers arriving around the same time will be picked up together. You may need to wait briefly after arriving at the airport.
