• Data recorded of participants during the activity, including: portraits (videos/photos), voices (video recordings, audio tapes, or other formats), interviews, and other activity records may be used by the organizer for marketing purposes

• Participants must be between 6 and 75 years old. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who will supervise their participation and ensure they follow safety guidelines. All guided tours do not accept children aged 5 or younger, except for specially arranged activities

• In case of weather changes during the activity, the organizer will decide whether to continue the activity based on actual conditions
• The guided tour will be canceled under Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above/Red Rainstorm Warning Signal/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal. If the tour is canceled due to the above severe weather conditions, a refund can be arranged for unused vouchers. Customers may refer to www.hko.gov.hk to get weather forecasts and reports.
• Except for the circumstances mentioned in point 3, all confirmed bookings are non-refundable
