• Children between 18 and 36 months old can receive an on-site 30% discount. Please remember to bring a passport!

• Children under 11 yrs old must be accompanied by a guardian.

• Strollers are not permitted. Strollers can be locked up at the entrance.

• The voucher is valid until 31 Dec 2026 20:00

How to redeem

• Present your mobile voucher

• Redeem the physical ticket then wait at the GATE of Zoolung Zoolung to enter.

• Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket

• How to get there: Subway Line number 1, Yeongdeungpo Station Exit 5 → Cross the road as diagonal direction → Walk straight into Shinsegae Department Store → Come out of Gate 3 of Shinsegae Department Store then turn right into Gate 9 of Times Square → Then on your left you will see an elevator or an escalator → Exchange the voucher for a physical ticket on the 5th floor
