Seoul Yeouido Eland Dinner Cruise

Eligibility

• This offer is not available for Korean passport holders

• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Additional information

• All passengers must fill out a boarding report and present an ID card at the Eland Cruise Ticket Office first, and then redeem a physical ticket. (Please note that a mobile ticket is not allowed due to checking your identification.)
• Banpo Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show is operated only from April to October. It may not operate depending on weather conditions or decisions made by the Seoul city authorities.
• Electric wheelchairs and electric strollers are not allowed. (Folding ones can be folded and boarded.)
• On weekends and during the April Spring Flower Festival, the surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested and parking takes a lot of time, so please use public transportation. (If you are unable to board on the day due to parking and traffic difficulties, you cannot cancel or change your reservation.)
• Please check your reservation date and option carefully, and be sure to read the detailed notes on usage. (Access to Yeouido Pier / Information on ID / Usage Guidelines and Cancellation Policy)
• Except for the announced holidays, the cruise will operate normally even in the case of rain or snow.
• *If a notice is issued by the Hangang River Business Headquarters (such as extremely heavy rain, cold wave warnings, or water discharge of over 3,000 tons per second from the Paldang Dam), the cruise operation will be suspended. In case of suspension, separate notification will be provided.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
