Additional information

• People with tattoos are not allowed to enter/participate in this activity unless the tattoos can be completely hidden by maximum of 2 tattoos stickers (11x20cm). The cover stickers can be purchased at the front desk for 110 yen each. Only maximum of 2 stickers per person can be purchased. Customers with tattoo designs exceeding 2 cover stickers will not be allowed to enter the facility. Please refer to the guideline image in the activity page for more information
• People with an infectious disease, hyperthyroidism, and/or tuberculosis will not be allowed entrance to the facility
• Hot springs may cause health risks for expecting mothers, people with bleeding disorders, hypertension, heart problems or those wearing a pacemaker
• Storage areas are available at the venue. Please contact staff on site for rates
• This voucher cannot be used with other coupons, discounts, etc
• People who are related/members of Anti Social Forces will not be allowed entrance to the facility
• Children who are still in diapers are not allowed to participate in this activity
• Re-entry is not allowed once your voucher has been redeemed
• The large public bath is closed from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM and the changing room from 3:30 AM to 5:00 AM for cleaning.
• Please note that no clothes/swimsuits are allowed in the indoor and open-air onsen area. Clothes are allowed in foot bath and hot stone bath area
• Please note that the facility will be closed on August 28th, 2025

• The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / epilepsy
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed

Booking changes policy

• Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• The voucher is valid for 90 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 02:00 the day after the last day

• Monday-Sunday: 10:00-02:59

• Admission ticket includes usage between 10:00AM~ 2:59AM the next day.

• Additional charges will apply for use before 10am and after 3am.
