• Departure frequency of cruise: Every 30 minutes to 1 hour
• Operating hours: 10:00-22:00

• During peak seasons, waiting times for the cruise may be longer due to increased visitor volume
• During high season, such as Easter, New Year, and other special holidays in Paris, waiting times may be longer than usual; we recommend planning your itinerary accordingly
• Animals are not permitted for the cruise, except for animals accompanying visitors with disabilities
• Parking: Cruise passengers are entitled to 1 hour of free parking. Please retain your ticket until the end of your cruise
• Smoking is prohibited on the boats, through smoking is only allowed on the outdoor terrace
• Guests will pass by multiple Paris landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Orsay Museum, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Pont Alexandre III, Conciergerie, the Grand Palais Petit Palais, and UNESCO-listed riverbanks
• The boats are equipped with covered seating and panoramic windows
• Seine River cruise: This activity is wheelchair-accessible
• Most sightseeing boats have onboard restroom facilities, though this may vary depending on the cruise and is subject to change
• Small bags, handbags, and backpacks are permitted (May be subject to inspection before boarding), it is recommended to travel light for a smooth boarding experience
• Prohibited items: Large baggage, suitcases, and bulky items
• The macaron tasting is not done on the boat, it will take place at Makdamia
• Macaron tasting hours: 10:30-19:00 (Daily)
