Eligibility

  • Free for children aged 0-5
  • Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
  • Participants aged 6-12 are considered children, based on their official ID
  • Participants aged 13-18 are considered youth, based on their official ID
  • Participants aged 19 - 64 are considered adult, based on their official ID
  • Participants aged over 65 are considered seniors, based on their official ID

  • Family tickets (2+2) and one-way ride tickets are available onsite only

  • The gondolas run in all weather conditions, but dress appropriately

  • Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

  • Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

  • Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
