- Children aged 14-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Additional information
- Please make sure you read the medical form before booking
- Participants need to bring the photo identification on the day of the experience
- Personal underwater cameras are not permitted on Shark Dive Xtreme. However, photography services can be provided on site with extra charge of AUD40. Participants will receive the pictures digitally, through an online portal. The service will give a code and a link where the pictures can be obtained
- Participants must be able to speak English (for health and safety reasons, non-English speakers will be unable to dive with the sharks)
- SEA LIFE Melbourne provides lockers to store shopping bags, loose valuables or large luggage items. It located in the admissions foyer. Both small and large sized lockers are available starting from AUD4
- Do not drink alcohol the night before your dive
- Do not fly in an aircraft within 12 hours after your dive
- Late arrival or failure to attend the allocated briefing session will result in non-admittance and you will forfeit your dive session. All dives are non-refundable and will incur a rescheduling fee
