Activation Process

Receive a confirmation email with an activation link after purchasing your pass
When ready to use the pass, click the activation link to choose your travel dates and complete the check-in process
Before your journey, download the M-Pass directly to your mobile phone
You will need to present the M-Pass on your phone to station and on-train staff upon request; a valid photo ID must be shown
The M-Pass must be activated within 3 months of purchase for UK residents and within 11 months for international guests visiting the UK
Once activated, your trip begins on your first day of travel
Important: For flexi-day passes such as Highland Rover (4 travel days out of 8 consecutive days), you must download a separate PDF for each day you travel
