The M-Pass must be activated within 3 months of purchase for UK residents and within 11 months for international guests visiting the UK

Activation Process

Upon activation of your M-Pass, you will receive a subsequent email containing the pass as a PDF attachment
Prior to your journey, ensure to download this M-Pass directly onto your mobile device.
You will need to show the M-Pass on your phone to station and on-train staff on request. Printouts are not accepted. You must also show a valid photo ID
Important: For flexi-day passes such as Highland Rover (4 travel days out of 8 consecutive days), you must download a separate PDF for each day you travel

Reservations can be made up to 12 weeks in advance
