How to redeem

Tourist Octopus Card

• Redemption location: Hong Kong International Airport Arrival Hall - Counter A13
• Opening hours: 08:00-21:00
• Ensure you arrive at the redemption location during opening hours to redeem your Octopus Card

Hong Kong Airport Express ticket

• Present your QR code/voucher to board the train directly
• When booking multiple tickets, each passenger will receive a separate QR code under the same voucher. Each QR code can be redeemed individually
• For round-trip transfers, please use the same QR code for the departure and return trip from the designated station
• Set your phone's screen brightness to its highest setting before scanning the QR code
• Best scanning distance: 2-3 cm from the gate's sensor
• If you encounter technical problems when scanning the QR Code, please seek assistance from the station officer immediately
• To prevent unauthorized use, please do not share the QR code to others
• Infants aged 0-2 ride for free (without occupying a seat)
