After the order is confirmed, Frosty Forest Studio will contact you via the contact information provided during booking to confirm the shooting time, meeting location, and desired photo style.
If you want to shoot in the suburbs of Sapporo, such as Otaru, Jozankei, etc., an additional 5,000 yen will be charged.
If you need to rent a kimono, we can also assist you with booking a kimono rental.
The shooting location will be arranged according to the season, weather, and on-site conditions of the day.
This package does not include clothing or hair and makeup services. Please wear the outfit you wish to be photographed in and proceed to the meeting point.
If you have large luggage, a stroller, or other items that require prior arrangement, please inform us before the photoshoot.
To avoid affecting shooting time, it is recommended to arrive at the meeting point 5 to 10 minutes in advance.
If the start is delayed due to lateness, the shooting end time will generally not be postponed.
After shooting, the photos will undergo color and light adjustments and will be delivered via Gigafile for online cloud download within 7 days after the shoot.
After you receive the photos, please help us select 10 photos that need retouching.
