  • After the order is confirmed, Frosty Forest Studio will contact you via the contact information provided during booking to confirm the shooting time, meeting location, and desired photo style.
  • If you want to shoot in the suburbs of Sapporo, such as Otaru, Jozankei, etc., an additional 5,000 yen will be charged.
  • If you need to rent a kimono, we can also assist you with booking a kimono rental.
  • The shooting location will be arranged according to the season, weather, and on-site conditions of the day.
  • This package does not include clothing or hair and makeup services. Please wear the outfit you wish to be photographed in and proceed to the meeting point.
  • If you have large luggage, a stroller, or other items that require prior arrangement, please inform us before the photoshoot.
  • To avoid affecting shooting time, it is recommended to arrive at the meeting point 5 to 10 minutes in advance.
  • If the start is delayed due to lateness, the shooting end time will generally not be postponed.
  • After shooting, the photos will undergo color and light adjustments and will be delivered via Gigafile for online cloud download within 7 days after the shoot.
  • After you receive the photos, please help us select 10 photos that need retouching.
