• 1.0-2 year old infants who do not occupy a seat are free, but it is not recommended for them to participate. If they must participate, please inform us by email in advance. • 4. This tour is a fixed carpool itinerary. Customers participating in this tour are requested to strictly adhere to the停留时间 (stay times) at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver-guide.
• 5. Please note that no refunds will be given for not participating in or interrupting the trip due to personal reasons, lateness, or other causes.
• 6. If a participant leaves the group during the trip, no fees will be refunded. Furthermore, any consequences resulting in personal or property safety issues must be borne by the individual.
• 7. Please be sure to comply with local Japanese laws and regulations. Do not carry items prohibited by Japanese law to avoid breaking the law and affecting your own rights.
• 8. Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change, and the order of itineraries may also be swapped. As Japanese regulations stipulate that vehicle usage cannot exceed 10 hours, if traffic jams occur due to public holidays or force majeure, resulting in delays, cancellations, or reduction of attractions in the itinerary, please understand that no refunds can be requested on these grounds.
• 9. Vehicle type used: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group travels, a driver who also serves as an accompanying staff member will provide full travel services, and no additional tour leader will be assigned. • The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
