Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• This activity has no age limit
• Free for children aged 0-2
• Children aged 0-13 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 14+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• There are a limited number of wheelchairs available at the guest service kiosk on a first-come, first-served basis
• Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are permitted in the venue, and accessible pathways wind throughout the garden
• Shuttles are available onsite and is designed with accessibility in mind. It includes a wheelchair lift, space for up to 2 wheelchair users, and secure storage for mobility devices
• Shuttle capacity: The shuttle can accommodate up to 24 passengers, or 20 passengers and 2 wheelchair comfortably
• Water fountains are located throughout the garden, and bottle water is available to purchase at the garden gift shop

• Swimming or wading in fountains or ponds are prohibited (Splashing is encouraged in the Family Adventure Garden splash area)

• Photographing people in trees, on rocks, or on structures are not allowed

• Guest photography and video permission: Paid admission grants permission for the garden to use your image, likeness, or recordings for promotional or educational purposes in perpetuity

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
