San Antonio Aquarium Ticket

Eligibility

• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• This activity has no age limit

• Free for children aged 0-2

• A valid ID must be presented alongside each senior, military and student entry ticket

• Free entry for foster children & educators with a state-issued or ID badge identification

Additional information

Outside Food and Beverages:

• • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the Aquarium
• • Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not permitted anywhere on Aquarium property
• • Outside food and beverages may be consumed in the outside parking lot picnic area of the Aquarium

Smoking and Vaping:

• • Smoking and vaping is not permitted within any part of the Aquarium, nor within 100 ft of the facility

Unattended Minors:

• • It is recommended that minors under 18 be accompanied by an adult and the Aquarium does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors

Lost or Stolen Items:

• • San Antonio Aquarium is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Items lost can be reported to Guest Services. Guests may follow up with by calling +1-210-310-3210 or by emailing info@sanantonioaquarium.net.

Guest Behavior:

• • All Guests are expected to behave in an appropriate, family-friendly manner. Unruly, disruptive or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited, and will not be tolerated

Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement:

• • By entering San Antonio Aquarium and participating in any related activities within, all Guests agree to hold harmless and indemnify San Antonio Aquarium, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all claims. All Guests assume the inherent risks associated with the feeding and touching of live animals and fully accept the risk of bodily injury or harm. These risks could include but are not limited to bumps, bruises, scratches, loss of vision, bodily injury, skin disorders, mental disorders, dismemberment, or death. Please take care of children. Follow all posted rules and instructions provided by staff. Protect eyes, face, and body

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
