How to redeem
- The e-ticket must be exchanged for an e-card
- The e-card must be activated before the selected visit date
- Activation after the selected visit date will result in the e-ticket becoming invalid or expired

- Enter your Annual Pass ticket number or scan your ticket and click the “submit” button
- Enter your personal data correctly, the Ecard will be sent to your email (make sure the email address is correct and active). If everything is already correct, click the "Continue" button
- Now take a photo of your face, make sure your face is clearly visible in the photo, then click the "camera" button for a photo (Make sure your face fits in the box. When you're done, click the "Create Ecard" button) - Photo without using a mask
- Check your email or you can directly download it by clicking "Download Ecard"
- A reservation must be made in advance for subsequent visits by entering the Ecard number on reservasi.ancol.com, subject to availability.
- In case of misuse of the Ecard, the Ecard will be deactivated.
