Make sure to arrive on time
Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
If you are late, you can still join the event as long as you arrive before 21:45. Tickets cannot be used to enter the venue after 22:00
Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
Upon your arrival at the venue, expect lively activity at the entrance. Your name will be on the guest list for seamless entry. Join the group on the 2nd floor in either the Mojito Room or the Vodou Room
