- Exchange your voucher for a physical ticket at Miami Water Taxi. Enter Bayside Marketplace and walk directly ahead to the water. Once at the water - turn right and head towards the Hard Rock Cafe. Water Taxi dock is down the stairs on the left at Mambo’s Bar, just before the Hard Rock Cafe. Check in with the Water Taxi staff as soon as you arrive.

- If you decide to hop off the boat in South Beach, you will need to reserve a return boat time with the captain on the boat before you disembark. On the last departure each day, if you hop off in South Beach there is no return boat later that evening.
