Booking limitations

• Groups of 10 or more are not permitted to enter the venue together due to venue regulations. Users may purchase a maximum of 9 individual tickets per booking

Important information

• Enter through Gate C at the Nativity Facade on Carrer de la Marina, and present your smartphone ticket along with your ID
• The chosen timeslot indicates when you'll enter the basilica. One hour after that, you will be invited to climb the tower
• Take the lift or climb the stairs of the tower assigned by the staff. Please note that descend is by stairs only
• After your tower visit, you'll have plenty of time to continue exploring Sagrada Familia
• Please dress appropriately when visiting sacred sites. Long pants and a long-sleeved shirt or scarf to cover shoulders are recommended
• Maintain respectful behavior at all times, as you are entering a place of worship
• Short wait times may occur during peak hours due to security checks

Tower Access

• This activity is not recommended for children under 6 years old, pregnant women, individuals with limited mobility, or those with severe visual impairments
• Tower access may be closed on short notice due to maintenance or adverse weather conditions

Daily hour of silence

• To preserve the spiritual character of the space and facilitate personal prayer, Sagrada Familia has established a daily hour of silence from 9:00 to 10:00

• During this hour:

• Headphones are mandatory for audio guides, mobile devices, or any audio content. Listening to audio without headphones is not permitted

• Visitors need to maintain silence inside the temple

• Visits may continue to take place as usual

• Audio commentary is available in English / Chinese / Spanish / Russian / Portuguese / Japanese / German / Korean / French / Italian / Polish / Romanian / Dutch / Catalan / Hungarian / Finnish / Swedish / Basque / Galician

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
