Additional information

• Storage areas are available at the venue. Please contact staff on site for rates

• Children under 110cm are not permitted to use some of the attractions

• The experience time of the attractions is limited to 1 hour. You can still stay in the venue after that but you will not be able to access the attractions

• The duration of VR experience is 5 minutes. Please note that refunds will not be granted for travelers who choose to leave during the experience

• Wearing trousers is recommended

• Visiting on weekdays is more recommended to avoid long queues

• The guardian can't be replaced for those who purchased a package

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
