• When soaking in the hot springs, you must wear a swimsuit. Please bring your own swimsuit and swimming trunks. You may also bring your own slippers as needed. At Chena Hot Springs Resort, locker rental is 50 cents per use, and towel rental is 5 US dollars per towel.
• For safety reasons, minors under 18 years old will not be allowed to enter the outdoor rock hot spring area, but can use the indoor massage pool and swimming pool.
• If you are unable to experience the hot spring on that day due to personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary waiver of the item, and the fee cannot be refunded.
