Eligibility

• Minimum height requirement - must be 1.06m or taller to take the boat ride
• Children between 1.06m and 1.35m to be accompanied by a supervising adult
• Riders must be able to transfer to boat unaided

• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

• Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Booking is strictly non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable.
• Tours may be altered and/or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns at WRS discretion.

Eligibility

• Participant must be at least 1.2m in height to participate in the Manatee Mania tour
• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, during the tour.

• Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
• Bookings are compulsory for Manatee Mania tour; no walk-ins allowed.
• Tours are non-exclusive. You may be sharing the same tour with other guests.
• Participants are to comply with Parks Admission Terms & Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
