Booking limitations

• Maximum occupancy of 20 persons only
• Five children aged 2 and below are not included in the headcount as long as they share a bed with a parent/guardian
• Maids, drivers and other employees are also included in the headcount

• Check-in: 15:00 to 23:00
• Check-out: 12:00 (Fine of PHP7500 if you failed to comply)
• Early check-in and check-out are not allowed
• Caretakers are not there as house helpers. The caretaker's job is to keep the property clean and presentable. Should you require their assistance for other matters, you may ask them for their rates. As fellow upstanding citizens and members of the workforce, they have the right to refuse
• Strictly no smoking or vaping within the premises
• Inflatable pool not allowed
• Please clean up after yourselves and do not treat our caretakers as on-call househelps
• Please dispose your trash properly by segregating them at kitchen
• Please do not move or rearrange our furniture
• Visitors are not allowed inside the premises
• The host can make a claim on the deposit for loss and/or damages to their property
• Any fees from damaged and/or missing things from the property will be deducted from the security deposit by the price of the damage and/or loss object
• Guests and anyone under their employment are not allowed to uproot, disfigure, remove or rearrange any of the plants in the gardens
• Like everything else in the property, damage done to the gardens will be deducted from the security deposit
• For misplaced items, we encourage and prefer for the guests to return them rather than fine them for it
• Should the price of the damage and/or loss exceed the security deposit, the owners/hosts reserve the right to fine the guests until the full amount has been repaid
• A fine of PHP10000 would be paid by guest/s if a pet enters the property

• A deposit of PHP5,000 is required for security reasons, payable onsite

• If the booking is cancelled within 14 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 100% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee
• If the booking is cancelled within 7 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 50% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee
