Additional information

• Refunds will be given in the event of lift closures, flight cancellations or full-day flight delays due to extreme weather.
• You can pick up your rental items from 13:00 p.m. -18:00p.m. on the day before the date on your voucher, or from 8:00 a.m. on the date of your voucher.
• We offer free waxing, so please ask a member of staff if you would like this service.
• You can exchange for a different model or from skis to a snowboard (or vice versa) free of charge, however please note that we cannot keep your previous gear, so we may not be able to provide you with the equipment you want when you exchange again.
• You can choose pick up location of your rental ski gear and wear at ”Rhythm Wadano Hakuba” or ”Rhythm Happo Hakuba”.
