• Only service dogs (Who must be identifiable as such) are allowed on the boat

• The Rembrandt House Museum ticket is valid for a specific time slot selected at the time of booking

• The museum is only partially accessible for people using a wheelchair and/or people with mobility issues, unfortunately there are no lifts or other facilities in Rembrandt's 17th-century house

• The Lovers Canal Cruise ticket is valid on the selected date

• Canal cruises end where they start

• Please check-in 15 minutes before departure for the canal cruises

• Please plan your schedule accordingly to allow sufficient time between both experiences

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
