• PilaBarre: A reformer pilates and barre fusion that uses ballet-inspired technique to sculpt muscles, improve posture, and refine coordination
• PilaStrength: A fusion of reformer pilates and targeted strength training that tones and builds endurance through layered progressions using dumbbells
• PilaYoga: A flowing, mindful fusion of reformer pilates and yoga that improves mobility, enhances flexibility, and restores balance
• PilaHIIT: A high-energy reformer pilates fusion combining low-impact HIIT intervals with cardio-focused sequences for a full-body burn and improved stamina
