• This package is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
• All package holders are required to present their licence / permit at the commencement of the lesson
• Packages may not be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchased
• RACV is not responsible for the package once issued
• Packages will not be replaced if lost or stolen
• Packages are redeemable for driving lessons and for the use of an RACV instructor on the day of the VicRoads driving test.
• Packages are not redeemable for payment at VicRoads.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid for 1095 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 16:59 on the last day

Reservation procedure

• Directly schedule and secure your timeslot by contacting through the branch's reservation channels found on the voucher

• Confirmation in the form of an email notification will be received upon successful payment and booking

• All bookings are managed directly through your RACV Instructor. RACV instructor availability can change regularly. More information can be found at racv.com.au

• Upon completion of purchase, please print the package and present to your RACV instructor on day of your lesson

• Students must provide their instructor with 48 hours notice when cancelling a lesson. The full lesson fee is payable for any lessons cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
