Steps to download self-guided audio tour

• After booking, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to access and download your audio tour. The email may be in your spam folder

• An Android (version 5.0 and later) or iOS (version 15.0 or later) smartphone is required. The audio tour is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 5/5C or older, iPod Touch 5th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Mini 1st generation

• A 100-150 MB phone storage space will required for the download to take place

• Digital audio guide is available for download on your phone and is available in Chinese / English / Spanish / Portuguese / German / French

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

How to redeem

• Present your mobile voucher

• Please note that a voucher will be sent directly to you via email by the local operator after booking confirmation; please ensure to check your email for instructions to download ticket or audio

• You must use the ticket sent to you via email as your entry ticket, and this will be sent one day before visit
