Queenstown Hang Gliding Adventure with Skytrek

Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 4+ to participate in this activity
• Passengers aged 18 or under require parents' or guardians' permission

Additional information

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• The maximum weight limit is 120 kg for Paragliding. However, the weight limitations were reduced to 110 kg from April to May

• Photos and videos are available using a GoPro that captures you, your pilot, and the amazing scenery around you. They are available to purchase on landing. Please enquire at the time of departure

• Passengers are required to call +64-080-075-987-3 one hour before their check-in time for a weather check and booking confirmation

• If you self-drive, you must have a driver with you to drive your vehicle down the mountain as you will land at the base of the mountain and do not drive back up

• No parking at Skytrek Check-in. Paid parking is available on the outskirts of town but please leave plenty of time as departure times are strictly followed

• Courtesy van which departs from outside The Station building, Queenstown. Please contact the operator at +64-080-075-987-3 to confirm your pick-up

• Spectators can self-drive to the landing field

Prohibitions & Limitations

• The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / heart disease / asthma / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities)
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• Fitness Level Requirement: Beginner
