Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• This activity has no age limit
• Free for children aged 0-2
• Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults

General information

• Entry to the Queensland Museum Kurilpa is free

• A free cloakroom is located in the foyer near the main entrance on Level 2. Please note that large bags, suitcases, prams, or scooters are not accepted

• Luggage or backpacks are not allowed

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

• This activity is wheelchair-accessible

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• This is a dated-entry ticket valid only for the single date selected at the time of booking
