  • Eligibility: Must be 120cm (inclusive) or taller
  • Children under 1.2 meters in height can enter free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult. One paying adult can bring only one child who can enter free of charge. Children 1.2 meters and above in height must purchase an adult ticket.

Important Information for Glass Canyon & Gulong Nine Waterfalls Excursion

  • The following individuals are strictly prohibited from visiting: those carrying infants, pregnant women, and tourists with mental illness, heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, intoxication, or other conditions that make them unsuitable for visiting; seniors over 70 years of age must sign a health commitment form before visiting.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the scenic area. Pets, sharp objects, blunt instruments, drones, flammable, explosive, and other dangerous items are strictly prohibited. With the exception of small personal bags (wallets, handbags, fanny packs) and mobile phones, large items are not allowed and must be stored at the visitor center's storage area.
  • For your safety and the safety of others, bare feet, high heels, canes, wheelchairs, and metal-spiked shoes are not permitted on the tour.
  • To keep the glass platform/bridge surface smooth and clean, please put on the special shoe covers provided for you.
  • Please follow staff instructions and queue in an orderly manner to board the bridge/platform. Do not crowd, push, fight, run, jump, or throw objects. Please refrain from playing in the water. Do not lean against the railings to prevent accidental falls.
  • When the glass platform/bridge reaches its capacity, please follow the instructions of our staff to visit in batches for your safety and the safety of others.
  • In the event of severe weather, the park will suspend operations as appropriate. Please process refunds or reschedule your visit in a timely manner. In case of emergencies, please follow the instructions of our staff and evacuate in an orderly fashion to a safe area.
  • If you are traveling with children or seniors, please ensure their safety and whereabouts at all times to prevent them from getting lost.
