Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-2

• Free for children with a height of 99cm or below

• One paying adult is limited to bringing one free child into the park (a paying adult refers to a ticket holder who is 18 years old or above on the day of visiting the park).

• Standard ticket: applicable to all tourists

• Child ticket: Applicable to children who are 3 years old but not yet 12 years old on the day of visiting the park, or who are 1.0 meter tall but not exceeding 1.5 meters.

• Elderly Ticket: Applicable to seniors aged 65 or above on the day of their visit.

• Youth Ticket: Applicable to minors who are 12 years old but not yet 18 years old on the day of visiting the park, and whose height exceeds 1.5 meters.

• Concessionary Ticket: Applicable to individuals holding valid disabled military certificates and disability certificates issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, China Disabled Persons' Federation, or military units.

• Validity period: Verification with a valid ID document filled out at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets and train tickets (to be purchased separately) must be verified simultaneously for a single entry on the specified date of use.

Booking limitations

• 1. For the same park/theater, ticket purchasers using the same valid ID can purchase a maximum of 3 tickets on the same usage date, and a maximum of 30 tickets in the same calendar year (excluding children's tickets); among them, if self-driving tickets are purchased, the number of self-driving tickets will also be included in the aforementioned total number of tickets purchased.
• 2. For situations where one or more tickets are purchased using the same identification document on the same date and for the same park/circus venue, the document holder must use one of the tickets to enter the park or venue, and accompanying visitors who booked with the same document must also enter the park or venue simultaneously with the document holder after ticket verification. If annual pass users need to enter the park using their annual pass, please do not use your own identification document to purchase tickets for others.

• Visitors must simultaneously purchase Changlong Safari Park admission tickets (tickets purchased according to the number of visitors, excluding children eligible for free admission) and Changlong Safari Park vehicle tickets (for self-driving cars, tickets purchased according to the number of vehicles entering; for riding the park's off-road trucks, one ticket per person is required). Entry is granted after verification by on-site staff.
• Self-driving tourists must bring their own small passenger vehicles with 7 seats or fewer (excluding RVs), and drive/ride their self-driving vehicles into the Chimelong Safari Park Off-road area. Walking or cycling into the park is strictly prohibited. The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's approved capacity (including children with free tickets and purchased tickets; children should use safety seats in accordance with relevant regulations); both the vehicle and the driver must comply with laws and regulations.
• There are no gas/CNG stations or charging piles within the Chimelong Safari Park. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient fuel or power before entering the park.

Driving Regulations and Safety

• Driving Regulations: Vehicles entering the park must strictly comply with road traffic safety regulations and safety signs within the park, follow the safety guidance of park staff, and drive in one direction along the designated routes. Please do not stop, linger, obstruct traffic, or occupy emergency lanes on self-driving routes; please do not deviate from the designated routes. Motorcycles, two-wheeled electric vehicles, and other non-motorized vehicles are prohibited from entering the park.
• Driving Safety: Please pay attention to road conditions, various traffic signs, and safety warnings for safe and civilized driving. Drivers must hold valid driving licenses, avoid fatigued driving and drunk driving. Drivers and passengers must wear seat belts throughout the journey, and children must use safety seats. Please strictly observe the speed limits within the park; speeding, aggressive overtaking, driving against traffic, cutting off other vehicles, and overloading are strictly prohibited. Before entering the park, please check your vehicle's condition, ensure it has sufficient fuel or electricity, and that vehicle insurance has been purchased. Some animals may cross the road on self-driving routes; please be aware and avoid them. Honking is prohibited near animal areas.
• Parking Regulations: Visitors should park their vehicles at designated parking spots within the park. Parking is prohibited in non-parking areas; please do not hike or alight and linger in non-animal display areas or non-commercial/dining areas.

Forest Fire Prevention Regulations

• No Smoking Regulations: The entire park is a forest fire prevention zone, and smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited throughout the park.
• No Fire Regulations: Open flames are strictly prohibited throughout the park. It is strictly forbidden to bring fireworks, firecrackers, fuel, alcohol, open flames, lighters, matches, etc., into the park. Burning incense, candles, or other items is strictly prohibited. Camping, picnicking, barbecuing, or any other activities that may cause a fire are not allowed in any area of the park.
• Emergency Preparedness: In case of fire, please immediately call the park service hotline (0763)-3888888 and report to nearby staff, then evacuate quickly and orderly according to the instructions.

• Admission method:
• 1. To enhance the visitor experience, ensure everyone's ticketing rights, and achieve safe, orderly, and fast entry into the park, Chimelong Resort implements entry by swiping original valid identification documents. Visitors must bring original valid identification documents matching their order, and entry will be granted after verification of both the person and the document. Valid identification documents include: second-generation ID cards for mainland residents, passports, residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan residents, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents, and permanent residence ID cards for foreigners. Please ensure that the identification information of the visitor/user filled in during booking is accurate, true, and complete. The user shall bear all consequences, such as inability to verify, use, or enter the park, or any losses, caused by inaccurate or incorrect information submitted.
• 2. For visitors enjoying ticket discounts, if age verification is required for entry, please present one of the following valid original identity documents to verify that your age meets the applicable standards defined for the ticket. Visitors from mainland China must present a "Resident Identity Card of the People's Republic of China"; visitors from Hong Kong and Macao must present a "Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to Travel to the Mainland" or a "Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents of the People's Republic of China"; visitors from Taiwan must present a "Permit for Taiwan Residents to Travel to the Mainland" or a "Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents of the People's Republic of China"; visitors from other countries and regions must present a valid passport.
