Additional information

• 1. For your safety and the safety of others, please tour in an orderly manner and wear a mask at all times.
• 2. Park admission time is 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM (animal retrieval begins at 4:00 PM). Park tickets do not include other secondary sales products within the scenic area. Please do not bring pets when entering the park.
• 3. To ensure the health of wild animals, please do not feed them any outside food. Thank you for your understanding. As the scenic area is a forest fire prevention unit, please do not smoke while visiting.
• 4. The original flamingo and red panda exhibit areas have been upgraded and renovated. The flamingos have been moved opposite the V Bear Tribe, and the red pandas have been moved to the V Bear Tribe exhibit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
• 5. For the safety of visitors and animals, unauthorized drone flights are prohibited within the scenic area.
• Please note: The scenic area's parking lot uses a pay-on-exit system. If you are asked to pay for parking upon entry, it is a private parking lot. Please enter with caution.
• Park revenue will be used for ex-situ wildlife conservation, improving animal welfare, promoting public science education on conservation, and wildlife rescue. Thank you for your understanding and support of public welfare!

Free Admission:

• 1. Children under 1.2m (must be accompanied by a parent)
• 2. Seniors aged 70 or above
• 3. Holders of valid Blood Donation Honor Cards, Certificates of Merit for Justice and Courage, Active Duty Military ID Cards, Martyr Family Certificates, Firefighter Certificates, or Military Disability Certificates are entitled to free admission.

Discounted Tickets Applicable To:

• 1. Children between 1.2m-1.4m (must be accompanied by a parent)
• 2. Seniors aged 60-69
• Holders of valid Veterans Cards, Veteran Certificates, Huicai Cards, Qingdao High-Level Talent Green Cards, Police Officer IDs, Disability Certificates (for severely disabled or visually impaired individuals, one accompanying family member) can enjoy discounted admission (if multiple preferential policies are available at the scenic spot, they cannot be combined).

Invoice:

• The ticket serves as your invoice (the paper ticket is stamped with an official invoice seal). Please collect your ticket at the景区 ticket window/self-service ticket machine upon entering the park and keep it safe. The scenic area will not issue separate invoices.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
