• Children under 1.2m receive free admission. One adult can bring one child with free admission. Free admission for children does not include meals. Due to the weight restrictions on the cruise ship, please be sure to call the merchant in advance to report if you are bringing a child with free admission; otherwise, it may cause the cruise ship to be overloaded and unable to sail.
• It might be a bit chilly on the evening boat tour, so we recommend you bring a jacket.
• To avoid impacting your trip, we recommend checking the map and route before you depart to prevent delays.
• Although the Qiantang River is not often choppy, we cannot guarantee that passengers will not experience seasickness. Passengers prone to seasickness should take seasickness medication 1 hour before boarding. If you feel unwell after boarding, please seek assistance from the crew.
• Whether scenic area游船 cruises are available depends on the weather and passenger numbers on the day. If a cruise is canceled on the day, the scenic area will notify everyone and assist with rescheduling or refunds. We do not accept refunds for failure to board on time due to personal reasons (e.g., lateness, loss of platform information). If the ticket has already been verified, no refund will be given.
