A grace period of 90 mins applies to airport pickup

The grace period starts from the flight arrival, please note that exceeding the grace period will incur surcharges.A surcharge of KRW:15,000/hr applies to overtime service. Please note that service under 1 hr will be considered as 1 hr, fees are to be paid on-site in cash directly to the driver

A grace period of 30 mins applies to airport drop-off. Please note that Refunds can't be issued and service for any participants who are late by 30 mins or more
