• The driver will arrive on time and wait for you up to 90 minutes
• If you did not show up after 90 minutes from the pick-up time without any contact, it will be considered as cancellation and no refund will be provided
• The driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes prior to your designated time, If you arrive 30 minutes earlier than the designated time, please wait for the driver
• The driver's contact information will be provided one day before departure date
• The local operator and driver will contact you in advance - please provide us a valid contact number
• The booking is for a one-way transfer only, between Airport and city center. If you need round trip transfers, please make a separate booking
• Please note: You must book enough cars for your traveling party and lugguage. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver will do reject the booking and will be no refund

• You'll get confirmation 72 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

• If the booking is cancelled within 15 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 30% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee
• If the booking is cancelled within 8 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 50% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee
• If the booking is cancelled within 4 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 100% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
