At the venue, there is a complimentary waiting time of the reserved time plus 15 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes and the driver or supplier is still unable to successfully contact you, it will be considered a "No Show." In the case of late arrival or "No Show," the full fee will be charged with no refund provided.
If the passenger has not appeared after the designated time on the order, and there is a delay, the passenger should contact the driver to inform them of the delay. The driver will wait at the scene. An additional waiting fee will be charged for waiting time exceeding the complimentary waiting period, at a rate of 150 units per 15 minutes. For delays between 16 and 30 minutes beyond the designated time, an additional fee of 150 units will be charged. For delays between 31 and 45 minutes, an additional fee of 300 units will be charged, increasing accordingly thereafter
