  • For same day bookings, please book at least 24 hour(s) before your selected pick up time

  • Participants aged 18+ must sign a waiver before participating. An adult should be present to sign the waiver for participants aged 0-17. The waiver form is available for download here and must be read and signed before your arrival

  • Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available

  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time

  • Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page

  • The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

  • If you are delayed for longer than 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, please email or message to check if the driver is still available

  • Coverage locations: Cebu City and Mactan Island only

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

  • An additional surcharge will apply if the waiting time exceeded 30 minutes waiting time

  • Surcharge: P300/hour for sedan, P350/hour for SUV, P400/hour for Van
