Pick-up and drop-off

  • Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
  • The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
  • No refunds will be issued for late arrivals and/or no-shows once the activity starts

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

  • Only 1 pick up and drop off point is allowed, every additional pick up or drop off will incur a RM15 surcharge

  • Pick up and drop off is available within Port Klang and Kuala Lumpur city/Bukit Bintang area only. Additional surcharges will apply to pick up and drop off locations outside of these areas
