Actual Loss Coverage: If the cancellation fee mentioned above does not cover the actual costs already incurred by the provider, the customer shall be responsible for the actual loss (not exceeding the total booking amount).
Credit Policy: We do not offer the option to hold or credit your payment for future tours in lieu of a refund.
Pre-booked Services: Please note that accommodation and transportation are secured immediately upon your registration.
