Cancellation Policy

During summer vacation, winter vacation, and statutory holidays (National Day, May Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Water Splashing Festival, etc.), some hotel bookings are non-cancellable. For other parts, the refund and change rules are the same as in the off-season, as follows:
Free cancellation up to 00:00, 7 days before the start of the itinerary.
From 00:00 on the 6th day to 00:00 on the 3rd day before the start of the trip, a 30% loss will be deducted.
From 00:00 2 days before the start of the trip to 00:00 1 day before the start of the trip, 50% of the loss will be deducted.
After the trip start date, 80% of the loss will be deducted.
