Additional information

• We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach.
• We recommend as early a start as possible as in the mornings there is less wind and waves, and the conditions are usually more favorable.
• Unfortunately we cannot control the wind. In the event that strong winds prevent us from getting to the Arch we will spend more time snorkeling to make sure the adventure continues. We will not issue partial refunds.
• Your safety is our priority. When the conditions are not favorable, due to wind, high waves, or tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund.
• Our activities include transportation, within the center and hotel zone of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.The hotels that do not include transportation because they are outside the city center are Hard Rock, Nobu, Diamante, Rancho Cabo San Lucas, Four Seasons, El Encanto de la Laguna. We can pick you up at our meeting point at the Oxxo in Plaza Gali which is located in front of the Sandos Finisterra hotel in Cabo San Lucas.Exact location: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (Oxxo) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico.
• You have the option to choose your preferred pick-up time within the given time frame.
• Since this is a private tour, you can decide whether or not to complete the full activity.
• Our activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation.
• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No show or last minute cancellation will be charged in full. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
• Choose your start time between 7:30am and 1pm. We recommend the earliest start possible for your tour as historically there are stronger winds early in the afternoon.
