• The concierge will contact the guest to confirm the detailed itinerary within 24 hours of the guest placing the order, and the order will be confirmed within 48 hours after that.
• The default overnight stops for chartered car trips are in major cities along the route. Additional driver fees will apply for overnight stays in remote areas.
• The driver's gratuity should be paid by the guest to the concierge or driver.
• The above fees are for charter services originating and ending in Chengdu. Additional fees will apply for departures from or returns to locations outside of Chengdu to cover the vehicle's round trip to/from Chengdu.
