• This is a shared, open space, so other guests may be there at the same time
• For size 88 and above, the corset laces on the back may not fully close. In that case, the back can be covered with a cloth we provide
• Men's outfits are jackets only. No children's outfits are available
• Specific dresses cannot be reserved in advance
• Please finish your hair and makeup before you come
• Pets are not allowed
• There’s no dedicated photographer, so you can relax, pose freely, and enjoy at your own pace

• Dress Up: Head to the fitting room to adjust the fit and get ready
• Snap Away: Explore the castle zones and take unlimited photos using your phone
• Return Items: Gently place the dresses and props back in the designated drop zone when finished

• Self Photo Booth (Extra Fee/Pay on-site): Access an interactive photo booth featuring 21 custom background concepts. Each session includes 2 prints, with additional prints available at the on-site print zone
